I contacted customer service and found out that the fixture cover needed to have a tab bent properly to engage with the fixture.

I’ve only had time to install one because of a family emergency but I’ve been very happy with it.
The lights are great and were easy to install. I suggest if anyone buys them you need to know to open the lights before you install the fixture. The required parts come with the bulbs, not the fixture. This will not create any issue except a little rework if you do not. I am very happy with my purchase and I am ordering more lights to complete my house.
